Renovation and extension of a Santiago de Chile's Down Town old house for porpoises of living, producing and exhibiting Chilean contemporary art. Its will be lead by Paula Cobo & Paulina Marconi, who will act as directors and curators (http://traschi.com).
The project mainly consist on create a simple and clear space to the program, producing a single axis where the activities will take place. The second floor is destinate to serve as two 'loft" spaces for the directors, like a flat of 70 sq meters each one. Urban regulations allow to use the space as a continuous box that permit maximum constructibility.
